August Construction Update: New Road Access and Stage Progress
From new road access to the start of works in upcoming stages, there’s plenty to share this month.
Derrimut Road Intersection – Hurst Drive Access
Great news! The Hurst Drive left-in/left-out connection to Derrimut Road is set to open to the public this week! This new access point will make it easier than ever for residents and visitors to travel in and out of the community.
Stage 6 & 7
Construction on Stages 6 and 7 officially commenced last week. Bulk earthworks are already well underway and are expected to be completed within the next two weeks. Sewer works will also commence this week, marking another important step in delivering these future homesites.
