In Stage 3, electrical trenching and cabling is complete, along with telecommunication pits and pipes. Topsoiling is currently underway, with final lot pegging to commence shortly.

And in Stage 4, electrical trenching and cabling, along with telecommunication pits and pipes are also completed, with backfilling underway. Topsoiling is set to commence shortly.
