You may have already heard that our Sales Office is on the move to make way for intersection works at Derrimut Road and Hurst Drive. Meanwhile, in Stage 3, aggi drains, kerbs and base course asphalt is all now complete. Next up, footpath cutting in will commence alongside electrical trenching works.

And in Stage 4, road boxing and kerbs are complete! The laying of base course asphalt is underway, with footpath cutting in and electrical trenching to commence shortly.
