Stage 3

Great news for purchasers in Stage 3, with land now titled! So what happens next on settlement day?

On settlement day, the following activities take place:

1. Payment transfer: The purchase price of the land is transferred from your lender to the seller.
2. Document registration: The property title is updated to reflect the new owner.
3. Stamp duty payment: This fee must be paid to complete the transaction.
4. Final checks: Your conveyancer ensures all legal documents are in order before finalising the settlement.

Once settlement is complete, you officially become the owner of the land!

Stage 4

Civil Practical Completion has been achieved for Stage 4, with final approvals for sewer, water, power and internet connections underway. We are now working towards achieving Statement of Compliance (SOC) for the stage very shortly, and we will keep you posted as we progress through this next stage.

While we await SOC on Stage 4,  we would encourage you to begin your valuation process. Please direct your valuer to access the stage via Hurst Drive, heading south.

Stage 5

The Civil Practical Completion assessment for Stage 5 is currently underway and expected to be completed shortly. Once completed, we will move forward with seeking Service Authority approvals and progress to SOC shortly afterwards.

Park Reserve

Exciting progress is also happening in the Park Reserve, which is expected to reach practical completion by the end of the month! The removal of rock and levelling of the area is complete, while the installation of play equipment is almost done, bringing this community space to life.
