January Construction Update: Settling Back in at Harlow

While this month has been a little quieter following the holiday period, there’s still plenty happening behind the scenes as we set the tone for a productive year ahead.

Roads & Civil Works

Several key civil works have been completed or progressed this month, helping to maintain strong momentum across the community:

• Springfall Road has reached another milestone, with kerb and Class 3 subgrade works now complete.
• Along Turmeric Road, road crossings have been finalised, improving connectivity and paving the way for upcoming works.
• Jira Crescent has seen the sacrificial layer laid, marking another important step in road preparation.
• Concrete rectification works were successfully completed last week, ensuring quality finishes across completed areas.

Stage 5 & Community Facilities

Works are also underway on future community infrastructure, with civil works commencing for the Stage 5 Childcare Centre. This is an exciting step toward delivering family-focused amenities that support everyday life at Harlow.

Sales Office Progress

Our Sales Office is nearing the finish line, with signage, electrical and plumbing works wrapping up later this month. These final touches will help create a welcoming space for visitors and future residents as we move further into the year.

Looking Ahead

We’re already looking forward to works planned for early autumn, including landscaping at the Derrimut Road intersection, scheduled to commence from early March. This will add another layer of greenery and visual appeal to Harlow’s key entry points.
