March Construction Update: Strong & Steady Progress Across Harlow

It’s been a busy month here at Harlow, with several key milestones reached and some exciting news around the corner.

Civil Works & Compliance

With the finish line now in sight, a Statement of Compliance is expected for both stages in the coming months – a huge step forward that reflects the hard work and steady progress made across the community.

Services & Infrastructure

Essential service works are continuing at pace across both stages:

• NBN connection works are due for completion at the end of March, bringing residents better connectivity options now and in the future.
• Final electrical works, including trenching, cable haul and backfill, are currently underway and will continue over the coming weeks.

Stage 6 & 7

Strong headway continues across both stages. For Stage 6, we’re pleased to announce that the road boxing and subgrade works are officially finished. Several phases of delivery are also nearing completion – AG drains and conduits at 95%, with cut and fill earthworks and drainage 90% finished. Pavement layers, sewer and water, and electrical progress has been made and expected to continue over the next few months.

Stage 7 is on track, with road boxing, subbase and base course as well as pavements fully complete, marking a major achievement in road construction. As for cut and fill earthworks, drainage and AG drains and conduits, the installation of these essential services is nearing completion.

Sales Office

We have some exciting news to share – our Sales Office will be reopening soon! We’ll be confirming the date shortly, but we can’t wait to welcome you through the doors. Stay tuned for the official announcement coming in the next few weeks.
