Stage 3

Great news for purchasers in Stage 3—Statement of Compliance and Title Registration have been reached! This marks a major milestone, paving the way for settlements and the next steps toward building your dream home.

Stage 4

Civil Practical Completion has been achieved in Stage 4, with approvals from service authorities now underway. This includes sewer, water, power, and internet connections which we hope to receive in a timely manner. This will bring us closer to delivering this stage to future residents.

Stage 5

Stage 5 is progressing well, with the Civil Practical Completion assessment currently underway and expected to be completed shortly. Once completed, we will move forward with seeking Service Authority approvals, keeping us on track for a timely issuance of titles.

Park Reserve

Exciting progress is also happening in the Park Reserve, which is now 50% complete! The removal of rock and levelling of the area has been completed, and installation of play equipment has been mostly undertaken, bringing this community space to life.
