At the end of last year, we celebrated Stage 1 and 2 achieving titles! It’s fantastic to see these first stages at Harlow coming together, with roads all laid and ready for future residents to start building their new homes!

In Stage 3, stripping has been completed. The team are now working on culvert framework, while earthworks and sewerage infrastructure are also underway.

Stripping has also been completed for Stage 4, with earthworks in progress and sewerage to commence shortly.
