February Construction Update: Momentum Building Across Harlow

From major road works to essential service installations, it’s been another productive month on site, with several key milestones already achieved and more just around the corner.

Roads and Civil Works

Significant progress has been made across the road network:

• The base course layer has now been laid, forming a solid foundation for final road surfacing.
• Class 2 asphalt along Springfall Road and surrounding side streets is complete, marking a major step forward in road construction.
• Offset footpaths across Stages 6 and 7 have been completed, improving connectivity and walkability throughout the neighbourhood.
• Final asphalt works are scheduled for completion by mid next week, weather permitting.

Services and Infrastructure

Installation of essential services is continuing steadily across both stages:

• Electrical trenching is currently underway in Stage 6 along Springfall Road and Jira Crescent.
• Electrical works in Stage 7 are now complete, marking an important milestone for service delivery.
• Cable works across Stages 6 and 7 are in progress and expected to continue over the next two weeks.
• House drains have been installed across both stages, supporting future home construction.
• Water service installation is scheduled for late March, continuing the rollout of key utilities.

Sales Office Relocation

Final touches are being put on our brand new Sales Office at Hurst Drive, with essential services and connections scheduled to be finalised in the coming weeks. This brings us one step closer to reopening our doors. Stay tuned for official announcements coming in early March!
