July Construction Update: Major Milestones Reached at Harlow

We’re excited to share that Stage 6 has officially reached Statement of Compliance! It’s been a huge month here at Harlow, with construction now complete across the community and a key milestone reached for Stage 6 – with Titles now also lodged.

Civil Works & Compliance

This means that all civil works have met the required legal standards, a key achievement for the community and one that reflects the strong progress made onsite. As for Stage 7, final approvals have been closed out, and Statement of Compliance is expected to follow imminently.

Construction Complete

With construction now complete across both stages, roads and driveways have finished and every lot across Harlow is now fully serviced. This is a big leap forward, bringing our residents that one step closer to moving into their dream homes.
