June Construction Update: Intersection Almost Complete
With major works nearing completion and more exciting updates on the horizon, here’s everything you need to know this month.
Derrimut Road Intersection
The intersection works are now 97% complete, a huge milestone for the community. We’re on track to open Hurst Drive to Derrimut Road in early August, improving connectivity and access across the estate.
Stage 5
Following the near-completion of intersection works, Stage 5’s Statement of Compliance (SOC) is expected shortly afterwards. We’re almost there!
Stage 6 & 7
Commencement of construction in Stages 6 and 7 is still to be confirmed. We’ll keep you updated as timelines are finalised in the coming weeks.
