Stage 3A Park

The park in Stage 3A is now complete, with the grand opening anticipated for early April. This new green space will be a fantastic addition to the community, offering a place for families to gather, relax and enjoy the outdoors.

Stage 4 & 5

Civil Practical Completion has been achieved for both Stage 4 and Stage 5, marking an exciting milestone. We are currently awaiting the final authority approvals for Statement of Compliance (SOC), which we hope to receive shortly. As soon as SOC is secured, streetscape landscape plantings for Stage 4 will commence immediately. 

Stage 6

Progress continues in Stage 6, with electrical public lighting approvals now in place. Engineering approvals for road and drainage (R&D) are imminent, bringing this stage another step closer to completion.

Stage 7

The Engineering Functional Layout Plan (FLP) has been approved for Stage 7, paving the way for the next phase of approvals and bringing us to construction commencement.

Intersection Works

The new intersection is now 50% complete, with work progressing on the western side of Derrimut Road. This crucial infrastructure improvement will enhance connectivity and accessibility for future residents.
