Stage 3A Park 

Practical Completion (PC) has been received for the Stage 3A park, and this beautiful green space will be open to the community shortly. We can’t wait for you to enjoy this inviting new area to relax, play and connect with neighbours.

Stage 4 & 5

Stage 4 is set to receive Statement of Compliance (SOC) in the next couple of days. As soon as SOC is secured, streetscape works for Stage 4 will commence immediately. As for Stage 5, Practical Completion has been received, and we now await final authority approvals for SOC issuance.

Stage 6

Progress continues in Stage 6, with construction expected to commence before the end of June.

Stage 7

The Engineering Functional Layout Plan (FLP) has been approved for Stage 7, paving the way for the next phase of development.

Intersection Works

The Derrimut Road intersection is now approximately 75% complete, with the eastern half finalised, and significant works progressing on the western and southern sections, including:

Bulk earthworks, excavation and stripping have been completed on the western half.

Over the next month, Winslow will finalise the capping layer, install conduits, kerb and channel, and lay base asphalt.

Simultaneously, bulk earthworks, capping layers, subsoil drains, kerb and channel, and asphalt layers will be progressed on the southern portion of the intersection.

Practical Completion and SOC for the intersection are anticipated in Q3 2025, helping to improve connectivity and access across the community.
