A lot of work has been completed in Stage 3 over the last month, including final lot pegging, topsoil and water connections. The laying of asphalt has commenced, and electrical audits are underway.

And in Stage 4, electrical and telecommunication trench backfilling has been completed, along with final lot pegging and water connections. Topsoiling is now underway, with asphalt set to commence shortly.
